Not to be confused with Fresh! Sans.
WOWZAZ! turns out, Fresh! Sans has a parasite in his Left eye, and his soul in the other. This is considered his "True form". The parasite known as "Fresh" infects various forms of Sans, completely controlling them, yet who knows if the host is still actually alive or not.
Background is the same as Fresh! Sans except everything is dark.

Tips[]
- Use Red Lazor at the player spawn as soon as the round starts, this deals a good bit of damage.
- Use Body Swap on the player with the most wins, so there's less risk of being killed.
- Dont use body swap for no reason, use it only when the situation calls for it. Do note that it can be used when there is only one chara team member, making True Fresh great in 1v1s as he only has to get the chara team member to half HP.
Weaknesses[]
- True! Fresh Sans is Extremely weak when low on Dodges, when you get 6-3 Dodges start running away and use attacks to delay them
- Pretty bad character if there's many players, as they can rush you easily
- Most of True! Fresh's attacks are best suited for Medium Range, making him vulnerable at close distances or against long ranged combos.
Trivia[]
- True! Fresh Sans is the first Sans Team Character that can technically fight with the appearance of a Chara Team player.
- It's also the first sans to use the appearance of a Frisk Team player at all. Preceding TS! Underswap Papyrus.
Phase 2[]
The parasite gets out of the Sans's body. Without it, it's extremely weak.
